I will catch up to the year starting with my New Year's resolution.
I plan to lose weight and am canceling dinner until further notice.

I refuse to fry. You never know how much baggage your body can take and if it will fit into the ever tightening compartments in clothing designed by people who seek leaner and more efficient models. I know I'll never make it down a runway. Can I make it to my diet destination?

On rare occasions I plan to cook dinner for myself, but am comforted that many of the foods I purchase are curiously inedible. The ciabatta bread from the local grocery is resilient and one rock hard bun can be gnawed upon the entire day. Most goods expire the day before I pull it out of the refrigerator.

I bought a book on losing weight by exercising 8 minutes a day, and have completed reading the title and the testimonials on the cover.
